Disclosed are a method and device for creating an application notification resource. In the method, a registered common service entity (CSE) receives a request message from a transmission end, wherein a resource to be notified and a notification target are carried in the request message, and the notification target is an identifier of a remote CSE to which the resource to be notified needs to be notified according to an instruction of the transmission end; and the registered CSE instructs the remote CSE about a position of a resource to be created according to the request message. According to the technical solution provided in the present invention, flexibility of notification is further ensured. |
