Provided is water-soluble gel for treating diabetic foot. The water-soluble gel comprises: 90-95 parts by weight of a diluents of biologically active collagen (type I) with low antigenicity, 3-5 parts by weight of a moisturizing agent, 0.1-1 part by weight of a bactericide, and 0.1-1 part by weight of auxiliary materials. The water-soluble gel is provided with biological information of natural macromolecular active collagen (type I) and can induce the regeneration and repair of micro-nerves and micro-vessels of organism tissues, so that the aim of organism restoration is achieved.
