An LED dimming and toning circuit and an LED lamp. The LED dimming and toning circuit is connected to at least one group of multi-color LED lamps. The LED dimming and toning circuit comprises a constant-voltage power supply, a PWM signal generation unit of N PWM signals, and N drive circuits. Each LED lamp is connected to one drive circuit. Each drive circuit comprises an MOS tube, a current-limiting resistor, and a filter capacitor. The anode of each LED lamp is connected to the positive terminal of the constant-voltage power supply, and the cathode of each LED lamp is connected to a first end of the filter capacitor and one end of the current-limiting resistor. A second end of the filter capacitor is connected to the positive terminal of the constant-voltage power supply. The other end of the current-limiting resistor is connected to the drain of the MOS tube. The source of the MOS tube is connected to the negative terminal of the constant-voltage power supply. The gate of the MOS tube is connected to one PWM signal output by the PWM signal generation unit. Each PWM signal controls the on/off and the brightness of the LED lamp of one color. The circuit is simple in structure, has a small number of circuit elements, is lower in cost and high in practicality, and enables the cost of the LED lamp to be reduced. |
