A steel-housing expansion apparatus comprises a base (1). A support (2) is disposed on the base (1), a rotating shaft (3) runs through the support (2), and an expansion structure (4) is disposed at a first end of the rotating shaft (3). A positioning assembly (5) is disposed on the base (1) and adjacent to the expansion structure (4), and a driving mechanism (6) for driving the rotating shaft (3) to rotate is disposed on the base (1). The driving mechanism (6) comprises a cylinder (61), and the telescopic end of the cylinder (61) is connected to a second end of the rotating shaft (3) by a connecting block (62). The base (1) is further provided with a rotation stop block (7) that abuts the connecting block (62), so as to control the rotation angle of the rotating shaft (3) and expand a steel housing by a predetermined angle. The steel-housing expansion apparatus expands steel housings mechanically instead of manually, so that the production efficiency is improved, production costs are lowered, and the product quality is improved. |
