PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide laminate which is excellent in thermal dimensional stability, and can manufacture an electronic device such as a display, a sensor, a battery, a solar cell, a transistor and an actuator at low cost and high yield.SOLUTION: In a polyimide laminate in which a glass substrate, a first polyimide layer and a second polyimide layer are sequentially laminated, the first polyimide layer is formed of polyimide having a composition different from that of the second polyimide layer, and a peeling strength between the first polyimide layer and the second polyimide layer is weaker than a peeling strength between the glass substrate and the first polyimide layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
