Provided are an organic light emitting display device and a manufacturing method thereof. The organic light emitting display device comprises: a substrate; first and second electrodes arranged on the substrate and facing each other; at least one organic light emitting layer placed between the first and second electrodes; and at least one color adjustment layer placed between the organic light emitting layer and the second electrode. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an organic light emitting display device, which may easily adjust a color of light emitted by the organic light emitting display.
