<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transplantable composite medical instrument provided with a transplantable tissue repair element, and an element for assisting the tissue repair component to be developed to a surgical portion, and followed to be removed by bioabsorption. <P>SOLUTION: This composite medical instrument includes a non-bioabsorbable and transplantable tissue repair or reconstruction component, and an elastic and bioabsorbable support member component for assisting the tissue repair component to be developed and arranged, in the surgical portion. The support member component is bio-absorbed quickly to be removed from the transplantable component, after developed.
