The present invention relates to a seat for both cooling and heating and, more specifically, to a vehicle seat capable of providing cooling and heating at the same time, by providing cooling and heating to a passenger seat in addition to a driver seat and a front passenger seat of a vehicle to supply cooling air in summer or when a surrounding temperature is high, and to supply warm air when a surrounding temperature is low, such as in winter. Moreover, according to the present invention, through the seat for both cooling and heating, personalized cooling and heating can be provided to each individual in a vehicle, thereby providing an optimized travel environment to each individual in a vehicle. According to the present invention, the seat for both cooling and heating comprises: a heat pipe array; a ventilation pipe array; and a cooling and heating unit.
