The present invention relates to a pouch stopper for dispersing a vertical load. The pouch stopper for dispersing a vertical load comprises: a main body part; three first edge parts which are extended from the edge of the main body part to support the power applied to the main body part; three second edge parts which are extended from the side ends of the first edge parts to be separated from the edge of the main body part and have multiple sawteeth; and separation parts which are extended from the second edge parts to be connected to the first edge parts and have a width smaller than the second edge part.
