A hollow cylindrical binding member (20) fixes/accommodates a support e.g. handle, of a brush type paint instrument (22) on the axle such that the instrument is in contact with a cleaning fluid (L) to clean the instrument. A cover (3) includes a central circular hole (11) for passage of the axle or the support accommodated /fixed in a utilization position of the device. |
