<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell of simple structure and excellent output characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A fuel cell (50) comprises a fuel storage part (30) in which a fuel is stored, and an electrode structure body (10) adjacent to the fuel storage part (30). The electrode structure body comprises a porous catalyst layer (11a) having micro channel structure on an electrolyte layer (13) composed of solid polymers.
