PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reception system capable of notifying a remaining unpaid medical expenses to family member of a patient to be examined in place of the patient who has the remaining medical expenses.SOLUTION: A reception apparatus 30 includes: input means 32 that receives an input of a patient code from a patient; family extraction means 341 that acquires a piece of patient information 221 from the patient code received by the input means 32 and extracts a family code of the patient and a patient code which has a family code thereof; unpaid medical expenses acquisition means 342 that acquires unpaid medical expenses of a family member of the patient using the family code extracted by the family extraction means 341; and notification means 33 that notifies the unpaid medical expenses of the family member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
