PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic circuit capable of reducing a change of gain depending on a frequency of an input signal over a relatively wide band, and that has an improved output power.SOLUTION: An electronic circuit comprises transistors 2a and 2b, a resistive element 4, a capacitor 5, a resistive element 6, and distribution constant lines 7a and 7b. The transistor 2a comprises a gate terminal 2a1, a source terminal 2a2, and a drain terminal 2a3. The transistor 2b comprises a gate terminal 2b1, a source terminal 2b2, and a drain terminal 2b3. The source terminal 2a2 is connected with a reference potential. The drain terminal 2a3 is connected with the gate terminal 2b1 via the distribution constant line 7a. The drain terminal 2a3 is connected with the source terminal 2b2 via the distribution constant line 7a, the distribution constant line 7b, and the resistive element 6 sequentially. The source terminal 2b2 is connected with the reference potential via the resistive element 4 and the capacitor 5 sequentially.
