PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a crystal device which enables reduction of fluctuation of the oscillatory frequency of a crystal element.SOLUTION: A crystal device includes: a substrate 110a; a frame body 110b provided along an outer peripheral edge on an upper surface of the substrate 110a; an electrode pad 111 provided on the upper surface of the substrate 110a; a conductor pattern 118 provided in an annular shape along an outer peripheral edge on an upper surface of the frame body 110b; a joint member 150 provided in an annular shape along the inner side of the conductor pattern 118 on the upper surface of the frame body 110b; a crystal element 120 mounted on the electrode pad 111 of the substrate 110a; and a lid body 130 comprising a base part 130 and an inclined part 130b provided along an outer side surface of the base part 130a, the lid body 130 joined to the frame body 110b through the joint member 150.
