PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive polymer dispersed liquid making it possible to manufacture a solid electrolytic capacitor having excellent electrostatic capacity and ESR, and the solid electrolytic capacitor manufactured by using the conductive polymer dispersed liquid.SOLUTION: A conductive polymer dispersed liquid contains a conductive polymer, salt of nitrogen-containing cation, and a dispersion medium.
