PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cogeneration system capable of reducing total water feeding time by simultaneously performing water feeding of a hot-water storage unit, exhaust heat recovery circuit, and fuel cell unit, with simple operation without leaving air in a system.SOLUTION: A cogeneration system includes a controller 4 for performing control so as to open a water supply electromagnetic valve 9 in a fuel cell unit 101 when water feeding operation for a hot-water storage unit 102 has started, and start activation of an inner circulation pump 6 installed in an inner circulation circuit 5 in the fuel cell unit when an inner tank water amount detector 8 in the fuel cell unit has detected water's inflow into the fuel cell unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
