PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management program, a conference management method, and a conference management server device capable of dealing with obstacles occurring in a terminal, without lowering the confidentiality of the conference data.SOLUTION: Upon receiving a support request notification from a disabled terminal, the CPU of a conference management server device executes the support participation request for the terminal of a support worker (S24). The CPU receives a support response notification from the terminal of the support worker (S25). The CPU registers the role information of the terminal of the support worker, as a supporter, in a conference table of a storage section (S26), and establishes support session of a support terminal and the disabled terminal (S32).
