PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable determining whether or not processing to avoid interference is to be performed on occurrence of a transmission/reception error in a short range radio communication.SOLUTION: A radio communication device includes a first determination unit and a second determination unit. The first determination unit determines to be busy or not using a first carrier sense threshold, and identifies a first time when determining to be busy using the first carrier sense threshold. Also, the first determination unit determines to be busy or not using a second carrier sense threshold smaller than the first carrier sense threshold, and identifies a second time when determining to be busy using the second carrier sense threshold. At least when it is determined to be busy using the second carrier sense threshold and the second time is older than a reference time before the first time, the second determination unit determines that processing to avoid interference is to be performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
