PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide drinks or jellies for preventing the development of radiocontrast nephropathy.SOLUTION: A drink or jelly for preventing the development of radiocontrast nephropathy contains the following component, the drink or jelly are drunk before or after administration of a contrast agent to a hypertensive patient, and the molar ratio of sodium ion and glucose is 1:1.5 to 3.0. Nais 20 to 60 mEq/L, Kis 10 to 30 mEq/L, Clis 10 to 70 mEq/L, Mgis 1.9 to 2.1 mEq/L, phosphorus is 1.9 to 2.1 mmol/L, and lactic acid is 15 to 33 mEq/L.
