<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a calcium crystallization inhibitor that is effective as a component for promoting intestinal absorption of calcium. <P>SOLUTION: The calcium crystallization inhibitor comprises an enzymolysis product of fish egg protein as an active ingredient and suppresses in vivo crystallization of calcium, thereby promoting intestinal absorption of calcium. Food, beverage and feed containing the same are also provided.
