The disclosed embodiments include various exercise board systems with an exercise board and additional elements. One system embodiment includes an exercise board having a bottom surface which is convex around a central axis and a platform base having a top surface. When the system is used, the convex bottom surface of the exercise board may be placed into contact with the top surface of the platform base providing for the exercise board to freely rotate, tilt and slide on the top surface of the platform base. |
