Provided is a risk management device (10), comprising a risk storage unit (11) which stores risk information (21) which denotes a risk which occurs with a development project, and a task storage unit (21) which stores reduction strategies which reduce the impact of the risk which the risk information (21) denotes and/or the probability that said risk will occur, and implementation states of said reduction strategies. Upon receiving an input of the implementation states of the reduction strategies, the risk management device (10) computes, on the basis of the reduction strategies for which the received implementation states have been updated, the impact of the risk which is denoted by the risk information (21) which is associated with the reduction strategies for which the implementation states are updated and/or the probability that said risk will occur. |
