The system includes a network with a server that can be a personal computer (10) connected to a communication line interface (12). The interface connects with a number of terminals (14) having a control module, display and power supply. The control module is a micro computer that provides selective activation for handling transmitted data packets via the server. Preferably, the line interface connects the server and the receiving locations with the terminals via a twisted twin core cable (26), especially telecommunication cable (22).
