SOLUTION: The device for the vertebral bone rectification is composed of the rod B and an almost spherical mobile globe 2 with an allocated penetration hole 5 in a diameter direction that can be inserted through the rod B, a screw for fixing the bone 4 having a seat section 7 consisting of two opposite leaves 10 that sandwich the mobile globe 2 on one end and a screw section 9 on the other, a screw hole 6 that links with an allocated penetration hole 5 through an external surface of the above mobile globe 2 to an almost rectangular direction, a clamp screw 3 threaded in the screw hole 6 for pressing down the above rod B at its forefront and a projection for pressing down the rod 22 installed in a branch section 11 of the above two opposite leaves 10 for pressing down the above rod B compressed with this clamp screw 3 in a way of pressing down from the opposite side.
