PURPOSE: An ESD(Electro-Static Discharge) prevention device in a telephone having a exterior conductive material is provided to electrically contact a conductive screw piercing through an apparatus with a conductive wrapping without using a metal processed material for ground-connection, thereby easily assembling regardless of the shape of a case. CONSTITUTION: An opening for coupling an apparatus screw(6) is formed on one side of a resin apparatus(2). The apparatus screw(6) pierces through the opening, and is contacted with a conductive wrapping(1) by being made of a conductive material. A conductive wire(8) is coupled with the apparatus screw(6) through a ring-shaped section formed on one side thereof. Other-sided section of the conductive wire(8) is connected to a PCB(3) of a telephone, sequentially passes through the apparatus screw(6) and the conductive wire(8), and is discharged through the PCB(3).
