PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immediate information recording apparatus in which information can be immediately recorded on an optical disk virtually even when recording onto the optical disk is not completely prepared. SOLUTION: The immediate information recording apparatus comprises first recording and reproducing means (35, 30) for controlling recording and reproducing of information to an optical disk (1001), a hard disk drive (2001), a second recording and reproducing means (30) for controlling recording and reproducing of information to the hard disk drive, and a recording control means (30) for temporarily recording target information on the hard disk drive when recording onto the optical disk is instructed while not completely preparing recording onto the optical disk, reading the target information first recorded on the hard disk in a predetermined timing after recording onto the optical disk is completely prepared, and recording the read target information on the optical disk.
