PURPOSE: A navigation information providing device using driver's reaction tracking is provided to produce navigation information focused on a driver and maximize driving safety. CONSTITUTION: A navigation information providing device using driver's reaction tracking comprises a reaction tracing unit(100) and an information control unit(200). The reaction tracing unit traces a driver's reaction per reaction tracking time or cycle. The reaction tracing unit comprises an action sensing unit(110) and a reaction recognizer(120). The action sensing unit senses the driver's action per reaction tracking time or cycle. The reaction recognizer recognizes the driver's reaction from the driver's action sensed by the action sensing unit. The information control unit controls navigation information according to the driver reaction. The information control unit comprises a database(210), an information selector(220), and an information output unit(230).
