<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To decrease a processing time from a communication start request up to start of communication. <P>SOLUTION: A connection apparatus 1 is interposed between a host apparatus 10 and communication equipment 20. Upon the receipt of a communication start TCP packet from a wireless packet communication network 40 after the connection between the wireless packet communication network 40 and the connection apparatus 1 is established, the connection apparatus 1 temporarily stores the TCP packet and starts connection processing with the host apparatus 10. When the connection processing is finished, the connection apparatus 1 transmits the temporarily stored communication start TCP packet to the host apparatus 10 without delay. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
