<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell stack device with degradation or damage of fuel battery cells restrained, a fuel battery module, and a fuel battery device. <P>SOLUTION: The cell stack device 1 has, at a top end part of a fuel battery cell 3 constituting the cell stack device 1, a lid member 8 formed of a ceramic material which has a space formed against each of both main faces of the fuel battery cell 3, making each space as a second reaction gas flow channel for second reaction gas supplied outside the fuel battery cell 3 to flow through, and is provided with a mixture flow channel for mixing the second reaction gas flowing through the second gas flow channel and first reaction gas exhausted from a first reaction gas flow channel 9, and an exhaust port for exhausting a mixture gas mixed by flowing through the mixture flow channel at a top face.
