PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stretching rod and a blowing mold which enable a blow molding while pinching a stretched preform between the stretching rod and a blow bottom mold, to prevent core displacement or extremely-uneven thickness, in the stretch blow molding of a bottle with a bent neck. SOLUTION: The stretching rod has a bendable part and has such a structure that a cylinder is combined for linearly restoring the bent portion of the rod. Further, the blowing mold is opened or closed by rotating it in the neck-bending direction around the lower portion of the neck part of a product mold neck as a center.
