PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular display device capable of effectively enhancing the visibility of a display means without impairing the safety of a vehicle by automatically changing the direction of the display means to the direction appropriate for an operator of the display means. SOLUTION: The vehicular display device comprises a display device 12 (a display means) provided in a cabin, an operation means 24 for operating the display content of the display device 12, a rocking mechanism 34 which rockingly displaces the display device 12 to direct its screen in a specified direction, and a control means 26 which determines whether or not an operator to operate the operation means 24 is a driver, and operates the rocking mechanism 34 and controls the display device 12 to be directed to a driver's seat 2 side when the operator is determined to be the driver.
