摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular communication system capable of ensuring an optimum transmission path according to the change in an in-vehicle radio wave environment of a vehicle. SOLUTION: The vehicular communication system comprises communication apparatuses 1 and 2 mounted on a vehicle, patch antennas 31<SB>11</SB>-31<SB>jk</SB>mounted on a ceiling of the vehicle with a predetermined space, and a control device 5 for controlling the change of the patch antennas 31<SB>11</SB>-31<SB>jk</SB>. This vehicular communication system performs the short-range radio communication between the communication apparatus 1 and the communication apparatus 2 via the patch antenna 31, and monitors the radio wave condition of the near radio communication, and if the radio wave condition is degraded, the control device 5 switches the patch antenna 31 to be used in the short-range radio communication.
