PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential amplifier circuit capable of attaining reduction of power consumption while securing a sufficient load driving capability by maximizing the capability of an output element. SOLUTION: Based on an output signal of a differential input circuit 11, pull-up operation is performed for operating a first output transistor Tr29 to discharge a source current from an output terminal To, and pull-down operation is performed for operating a second output transistor Tr30 to absorb a sink current from an output terminal To. A gate potential control circuit 12 sets a gate potential for turning on the first output transistor Tr29 to a low potential side power level when performing the pull-up operation based on the output signal of the differential input circuit 11, and sets a gate potential for turning on the second output transistor Tr30 to a high potential side power level when performing the pull-down operation.
