<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a nonaqueous electrolyte having an excellent battery performance by improving the impregnating, liquid-retaining, and adhesion properties of a gel electrolyte with respect to an active material layer. <P>SOLUTION: In a nonaqueous electrolyte battery, the negative electrode includes a negative electrode active material and a negative active binder agent containing a two-component copolymer composed of vinylidene fluoride and monomethyl-maleic-acid ester, the copolymerization quantity of the monomethyl-maleic-acid ester in the two-component copolymer being 0.3 wt.% or more and 2 wt.% or less; the electrolyte includes an electrolytic solution and a high molecular compound containing a three-component copolymer composed of vinylidene fluoride, hexafluoropropylene, and monomethyl-maleic-acid ester, the copolymerization quantities of the hexafluoropropylene and monomethyl-maleic-acid ester in the three-component copolymer being 8 wt.% or more and 15 wt.% or lower and 0.3 wt.% or more and 2 wt.% or less, respectively. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
