An air conditioner is provided with an outdoor unit having a power circuit. The power circuit includes a printed wiring board, a module mounted on the printed wiring board and having a plurality of lead portions, a fixing spacer interposed between the printed wiring board and the module to fix the module to the printed wiring board, and a radiating member mounted on the module for radiating heat emitted from the module. The plurality of lead portions of the module are all encircled with the fixing spacer, thereby preventing insects from intruding in a space between the printed wiring board and the module.
