USE OF STAINLESS STEEL RIVETS WITH TITANIUM PLATING A first member made of titanium material such as a titanium alloy may be joined to a second material made of titanium material or carbon steel using stainless steel rivets. If the second material is made of titanium material, it may be made of a different titanium material, such as a different titanium alloy, or the same titanium material. Preferably the stainless steel rivets are cold drawn for strength.
