PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a terminal device and a program capable of updating data of a plurality of terminal devices with ease. SOLUTION: Each of terminal devices 3a, 3b to 3n has a terminal-to-terminal communication part 36 carrying out data communication with the other terminal device, obtains transfer destination information indicating a terminal device to which data for updating is to be transferred based on updating path information indicating a transfer path of the data for updating, which is stored in a storage 34, under control of a controller 31, and carries out transfer of the data for updating to the terminal device based on the obtained transfer destination information by the terminal-to-terminal communication part 36.
