A lower node connection method and a lower node connecting system capable of network connection to a lower node are provided to allow a network connection request of a lower node by excess of the limit of the lowest node. A network address which is set up about an upper node is altogether allocated in a lower node. The request is admitted for the excess of the lower node requesting the participation to the host node(801). A transmission message is received from the excess lower node. The received sending message is analyzed and the node transmitting the sending message is determined(803). The transmitted sending message is delivered to the determined node(804).
