PURPOSE: A manufacturing apparatus and a manufacturing method thereof of a pin alignment block for testing a flat panel display device is devised to deal with fine pitch of the flat panel display by manufacturing a plurality of pin alignment blocks at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A wire supplier(20) supplies a wire for forming probe pins. A winder(30) helically aligns the wire simultaneously for a plurality of slicing blocks. A driver(40) controls a rotational movement and a linear movement along the direction of rotational axis of the winder. A follw-up process unit(50) separates 'a pin alignment block attached with the probe pins shaped like a long rod. |
