PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of an organic electro-luminescent display is provided to minimize the film inferiority rate by operating without a bending or a sagging of a target substrate inside an operational chamber. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of an organic electro-luminescent display comprises: a hold unit(120) with an adhesiveness attached to one side of a target substrate(110) to hold; and a board holder unit(150) loading the held target substrate to the inside a chamber. The target substrate is optionally composed of a material with excellent mechanical strength or a dimensional stability to form a device. The target substrate is formed with a glass plate, a metal plate, a ceramic plate, or a plastic plate. The hold unit is formed with a sealant. |
