Provided is a container with a cap, which is configured so that the breakage of a score is effectively prevented when the container is dropped. A cap 3 comprises an intermediate plug 4 and an upper cover 5 which is mounted outside the intermediate plug 4. The intermediate plug 4 is provided with: an intermediate plug body 44; and an intermediate plug upper cover 46 having a base bottom section 47 connected to an end of the intermediate plug body 44 through a thin-walled score 45, the intermediate plug upper cover 46 further having an intermediate plug flange 48 which is raised annularly from the base bottom section 47 in the direction facing the upper cover 5 and which is elastically deformable in the diameter-expansion direction. The upper cover 5 is provided with an upper cover body 51 and an annular upper cover flange 53 which is raised from the inside of the upper cover body 51 toward the intermediate plug upper cover 46 and which is inserted into the intermediate plug flange 48. |
