PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developing device, process cartridge, and image forming apparatus that prevent scattering of toner over the longitudinal direction at a position in a developing area even when a plurality of conveying members are installed, which convey a developer in the longitudinal direction and form a circulation path.SOLUTION: A flexible member 13d is disposed between a developing case 13r and a developing roller 13a (developer carrier) in cantilever support from a position on the downstream side in the direction of rotation of the developing roller 13a with respect to a developing area along the direction of rotation of the developing roller 13a; the flexible member 13d is formed such that the flexural rigidity at a position in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the downstream side in a conveyance direction of a second conveyance screw 13b2 (recovery conveyance member) becomes larger than the flexural rigidity at a position in the longitudinal direction corresponding to the upstream side in the conveyance direction of the second conveyance screw 13b2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
