<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polarizing lens having shading effect for reflection light generated by light of a wider incident angle range. <P>SOLUTION: The polarizing lens includes a polarizing layer 6 having a polarizing axis 11 in which at least a part thereof is in the form of a curved line on a substrate 1. The direction of the polarizing axis 11 continuously changes in the form of a circular arc.
