<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a ceramic material providing such the density and dense structure that are available for use in a solid electrolyte material of a lithium secondary battery or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This ceramic material having a crystallographic structure of garnet type or pseudo-garnet type, and containing Li, La, Zr, Al and O is synthesized by firing an Li component, La component, Zr component and Al component in an inert gas atmosphere. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
