This activity degree prediction system is provided with: an activity amount input unit 11 that receives input of information regarding the amount of activity of a consumer at a predetermined date and time in the past from an information terminal apparatus 2 of the consumer; an activity amount measurement unit 12 that quantitatively measures the amount of activity of the consumer on the basis of the information regarding the amount of activity of the consumer at the predetermined date and time in the past; an activity amount storage unit 13 that stores therein the measured value of the amount of activity of the consumer at the predetermined date and time in the past that is quantitatively measured by the activity amount measurement unit 12; an activity degree calculation unit 14 that calculates the degree of activity of the consumer at a predetermined date and time in the future on the basis of the measured value of the amount of activity of the consumer that is stored in the activity amount storage unit 13; and an activity degree output unit 15 that outputs the degree of activity of the consumer at the predetermined date and time in the future that is calculated by the activity degree calculation unit. |
