PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a chalcopyrite solar cell having uniform quality and high conversion efficiency by sufficiently promoting reaction between precursor and selenium and suppressing the reaction with molybdenum.SOLUTION: In a second step, hydrogen selenide having substantially equivalent to the introduction amount in a first step is introduced into a selenide furnace under control of the internal temperature of the selenide furnace in a range of 250°C or more and less than 450°C. In a third step, hydrogen selenide is additionally introduced under control of the internal temperature of the selenide furnace in the range of 450°C or more and less than 650°C. |
