PURPOSE: A personal parking lift is provided to efficiently use a parking space by using the personal parking lift as a fire lane and an emergency lane in an emergency. CONSTITUTION: A personal parking lift comprises an upper link(20), an upper auxiliary link(21), master frames(30,31,32), a loading unit(40), a forward/backward moving unit(50), and an ascending/descending unit(51). The upper link is rotatably hinged on the top end of a base frame(10). The upper auxiliary link is rotatably hinged on the top end of the base frame. The master frames are hinged on the front end of the upper link. The loading unit is installed in the bottom end of the master frames and loads a vehicle. The forward/backward moving unit moves the upper link forward and backward. The ascending/descending unit ascends and descends the master frames.
