The present invention relates to a battery pack as a portion difficult to apply an insulation material, for preventing the access of the heat and constantly maintaining the internal temperature of the battery pack, thereby improving the insulation performance and the cooling performance. The present invention comprises: a battery module consisting of a plurality of secondary batteries; and an external pack for storing the battery module. The insulation material and a phase change material unit are provided inside the external pack.
