The present invention relates to an apparatus for fabricating an electrode tab by continuously notching one side including a portion planned for an electrode tab of a metal current collector. The apparatus for fabricating an electrode tab comprises: one or more cylindrical press rolls which press a first surface, i.e., a top surface of a metal current collector, in a state of being in tight contact with the first surface, and rotate together while the metal current collector is moving from a first direction, i.e., a direction to one side of the metal current collector, to a second direction, i.e., a direction to the other side of the metal current collector; a laser beam notching part which is fastened above the first surface, and cut off the one side exclusive of the portion planned for an electrode tab by radiating a laser beam in a direction perpendicular to the first surface; a conveyer part which supports the metal current collector on a second surface, i.e., a bottom surface of the metal current collector, in a state of being in tight contact with the one side, and moves the metal current collector from the first direction to the second direction; and a system which controls operations of the cylindrical press roll, the laser beam notching part, and the conveyer part. |
