The present invention relates to an apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen gas using electrolysis, which comprises: a salt solution inflow unit (101); an electrolysis unit (102); a gas separation device (104); a chlorine solution storage tank (105); a sodium hypochlorite storage tank (103); a hydrogen gas storage tank (106); an electric energy conversion unit (107); and a direct current supply unit (108). The apparatus for manufacturing hydrogen gas using electrolysis increases the purity of hydrogen gas by increasing the reactivity and the solubility of chlorine gas, and can produce the same in large quantities.
